There’s an undeniable sense of comfort that comes from being in familiar surroundings, and it’s this comfort that allows families to relax and be themselves in front of the camera. But the best part? Emily trusted me to capture their journey from pregnancy, to the first couple months after Olivia was born. She wanted more of a documentary approach to her photos, which made it so easy for me to capture their true personalities.
